01.How much range do the electric bikes have?
Our bikes offer a range of up to 50 km, more than enough for a half-day or full day of exploring between Provençal vineyards and villages.
02.Are a helmet and lock provided?
Yes, a helmet and lock are included with every rental, along with a pannier bag for your belongings.
03.Can I pick up the bike directly, or is delivery available?
You can pick up your bike at one of our starting points in the Alpilles, the Luberon or Châteauneuf-du-Pape, or request delivery subject to availability.
04.What happens if I get a flat tyre or breakdown?
Our bikes are fitted with puncture-resistant tyres and checked before every rental. If an issue does arise, just contact us — we'll step in or replace the bike as quickly as possible.
05.Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required when the bike is handed over. It is fully refunded on return, provided no damage is found.
06.Can I book several bikes for a group?
Yes, we can equip groups of up to 20 people; beyond that, contact us for a tailored quote.
07.Is there a minimum age to rent an electric bike?
Rental is recommended from age 14. Minors must be accompanied by, and have the consent of, a responsible adult.
08.Can I keep the bike for several days?
Yes, rentals are available for multiple days, up to one month, with a reduced rate for longer periods.
09.What if I need advice on which route to take?
Our guides Pierre and Thomas are available on WhatsApp to recommend a route suited to your level and interests.
